Year 2000 is an important date for IBS, that
consilidate a 40 years experience and look to the future with excellent
prospects, getting forecasts of important technological innovations
The primary IBS's goal is the customer satisfy, that it want obtain
with the product quality and the services. With simply and slim
organizing and productive structure, IBS has advatage of flessibility
and fast services for customer. From year 2002, IBS has been certified
the company quality system in UNI EN ISO 9001
- Vision 2000.
The
first big new, is realization of one of the first Nocolok
production line in Europe, to produce a wide gamma of alluminum
products: radiators, heat exchangers, oil coolers , intercoolers,
evaporators, condensers ecc.
This new technology is still used to produce big series of automotive
radiators.
After 2 years of planning, IBS was able to carry out a high flessibility
production line , warranting an high quality and technical service.
This new production line has the big advantage to be able to satisfy
all type of requirement, producing little quantity or very big quntity
working till 24 hours/day.
The
second big new, concern the introduction of a new alluminum
water radiator type, with high vibrations resistance and increased
dissipation properties.
It is characterized by a special fin design and an high technological
tube profile.
The tubes are made by microextrusion process and every tube have
a lot of water duct inside.
This characteristic allows to offer the maximum surface for heating
exchange from liquid to tube and after to the fins.
After an hard planning work and with the collaboration of big international
company, IBS have realized with success the prodution of a long
life radiator.
IBS Serie L-H Oil/Air Cooler

They 're made by brazing process that assure optimum
mechanical and cooling properties thanks to fins and oil turbolators.
This product has been designed for high performances in all
field of hydraulic for power till 300.000 Kcal/h and oil flow
till 500 lt/min and working pressure till 26 bar. The application
fields may be: hydraulic power units, CNC machine, tractors,
farm machine, engines and everywhere it's needed oil cooling. |
IBS Serie A Oil/Air Cooler |
They 're made by an alluminum oil cooler, pump,
ventilator and thermostat. This group is able to automaticaly
restore the desire temperature in hydraulic circuits. Simpli
to install and move, it is avaiable with or without soundproof
fairing to reduce noise. Suitable for off-line cooling in hydraulic
group. |
Air Cooler

They're made completely by alluminum and they're
avaiable with different construction solutions in according
to application requirement. They are matched on many types of
over-charged engine to improve performances. Avaiable many models
for after market and racing applications. |
Compressor Combi - Cooler
|
There are made in alluminum too, to best answer
to the low weight and high cooling requirement. Designed for
application in compressor field, they're able to cool down air
and oil in the same time and with only one product. If it's
needed, they can be provided with special low dirtable fins
design for high dusty ambient air. They 're made for power till
80 kW (~100 HP). |
Combi - Cooler

They're made by one cooler for water
(copper and brass or alluminum) for cool down engine water and
one alluminum oil cooler. The compact design has been studied
to obtain the maximum performaces and to be resistant to the
vibrations. This type of cooler are conteined in a strong steel
frame and they are used for agricultural machine, engine, compressor,
Dumper. |
Water/Air Radiator

IBS has a very wide experience since 1961 to build
water cooler with copper fins and tinned brass tubes. With the
coming of alluminum age, IBS has extended his productions to
the new type of alluminum radiators made by MPE tubes (multi-port
extruded tubes). In both technology, IBS is able to build radiators
in many dimensions (from moto to big generator) and shape. All
of these, may be completed with fan, pump, thermostat, acc. |

IBS Serie B Brazed Plate
|
BPHE is ideal to use in stationary lubrificating
and hydraulic applications as a minimum of space is required
and the heat transfer capacity is very high. IBS's BPHE are
compact units that consist of pressed paltes made of RF-steel,
using copper as solder. The design of the plate make it possible
to use almost the entire plate for heat exchange. The channel
system of the exchanger does not only create an exceptional
mechanical strength but also a turbolent flow at low liquid
velocity. |
IBS Serie P Plate&Gasket
|
This type of cooler consists of a pack of corrugated
metal plates with porthles for the passage of two fluids between
which heat transfer will take place. The pack is assembled between
a frame plate and a pressure plate and compressed by tightening
bolts. The plates are fitted with a gaskets wich seals the channel
and directs the fluis into alternate channels. Plate material:
AISI 304, AISI 316, Titanium Gaskets materials: NBR, EPDM, FPM

Refrigeration
|
Made by CAB brazed alluminum to warrant reliability
and performaces, they were used in air conditioning and automotive.
In many fields, they are replacing copper tube/alu fins exchanger.
