Introduction
IBS plate heat exchangers are available in five
sizes with the disignations 05,10,20,40,80.
Our brazed plate heat exchangers are compact units that consist
of pressed plattes made of RF-steel,using copper as solder.
The design of the plate makes it possible to use almost the entire
plate for heat exchanger.
The channal system of the exchanger does not only create an exeptional
machanical strength but also a turbolent flow at low liquid velocity.
Fields of Application
Our plate heat exchangers have a wide field of application
for both gaseous and fluid media.
· DX-systems such as condensers and evaporators
· Heating pumps,remote cooling and remote heating
· Oil coolers and hot gas heat exchangers
· Industrial processes DESIGN
The plates are made of stainless steal,moulded into different kinds
of "fishbone"patterns are designated M and H.
During the assembly of the plates, they are turned 180° every other
time, which ceates two separate channals systems where the media
flows in opposite directions.

LC is a security system that detects possibile interior leakages
on time.
Experience shows that 95% of leakages start in the connecting area.
The exchangers are supplied with a patented security area around
the coonections on the brine side in the DX system, but the security
area of the LC System minimizes this risk.
For example, in system that contain hydraulic oil, our LC System
protects immense tangible values since the leakage is detected before
no harm is done.
